American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek in Scottsburg, IN. The PTA supports licensed therapists across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, SNF, and outpatient care.

You will help develop treatment plans, assist with discharges, and contribute to case management while engaging with residents and staff in a supportive, compliant environment.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek at Scottsburg

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
