Avalon Village in Ligonier, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist. This PRN role serves patients across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will provide direct therapy, monitor progress, collaborate on discharge plans, and help with case management while upholding our CARE values.

PRN

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
