Cypress Grove Rehab Center in Newburgh, IN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists under supervision. This on-site role covers up to 3 days weekly across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, SNF, and outpatient services.

You will provide direct therapy, track progress, assist with discharge planning, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff, adhering to state regulations.

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Cypress Grove Rehab Center

This position will cover up to 3 days weekly

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
