Job summary

Westview Nursing & Rehab is now hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to provide skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist. Services span ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies.

You will deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate on discharge plans while maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff. Compliance with state regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Provides skilled care under supervision of a registered physical therapist.
• Supports services in ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, SNF and outpatient therapies.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.

• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy
