Job summary

The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN at Cascade Gardens. The PTA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and document treatments and patient progress.

Responsibilities include administering treatment programs, assessing patient condition, setting goals, instructing patients on interventions, and supporting high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid PTA license in state of practice.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.

We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN at Cascade Gardens!

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. The successful candidate will also provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each patient.

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Duties:
