Select Medical's NovaCare Outpatient center in Delaware, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem/PRN outpatient care. Work is performed at 12 Troy Road with hours varying, under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed the national CAPTE exam for PTAs.
• Valid PTA license (or license in process).

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

Location: 12 Troy Road Delaware, OH 43015

Type of Employment: Per Diem/PRN

Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary as needed)

Compensation: $27.00, hourly

Our NovaCareoutpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
