Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) in California to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, and per diem—across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

You will provide PT care, evaluate and implement personalized plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support long-term rehabilitation goals. California licensure is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license or license eligibility.
• Experience in post-acute care, retirement communities, or outpatient clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
