Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join our California team. We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time and per diem shifts across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and families to optimize recovery. Requirements include an active CA PT license or eligibility.

• Active or obtainable California Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work across post-acute, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
