Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. in California is seeking passionate Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time and flexible scheduling across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

As a PTA, you will provide exceptional therapy, assist in treatment plan development, document patient progress, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable PTA license in California.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
• Strong documentation and progress reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT care and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in patient evaluations and goal setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support patient rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
• Communicate with care teams to optimize recovery.
