• Health Care Provider Basic Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering physical therapy procedures.
• Document patient progress notes and monitor patient status.
• Ensure patient safety and address age-specific needs.
• Coordinate workload with the Physical Therapist and department staff.
• Respect and dignify patients and families; adhere to pain management policies.
• Identify and report patient safety issues as they arise.
