The PTA will deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training under a licensed PT. Must reside near Milwaukee area and hold an active WI license.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PTA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Lives in or around Greater Milwaukee area and can commute to Brookfield, WI clinic.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training activities.
• Perform manual therapy techniques as directed, including soft tissue work and mobility-based interventions.
• Assist with balance training, strengthening programs, and mobility progression.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments accurately within the EMR system.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce care plans.
• Collaborate with remote Physical Therapist and in-clinic Chiropractors to support integrated patient care.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, delivering hands‑on care, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful functional improvements. This is a part-time position with ability to grow into full-time.

• Experience or interest in collaborating with Chiropractic Physicians a plus
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to follow plan of care and provide consistent, high-quality treatment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
