Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking part time and full time Physical Therapist Assistants that are interested in providing exceptional care at Glen Meadows Retirement Community in Glen Arm, MD.

Status: Full Time (30-40 hours/week), Part Time (up to 29 hours/week), Per Diem (flexible with no minimum time requirements)
Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (SNF/PC/IL)

Qualifications:

1. Active MD PTA License in good standing
2. CPR certification
3. Current PPD/TB test
4. Covid vaccination or approved exemption

Responsibilities Include:

1. Providing effective and engaging rehabilitative services
2. Recording patient responses to treatments and reporting outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health and facility documentation systems
3. Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
4. Providing guidance to family members and facility staff
5. Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff, and fellow team members
6. Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
