PACE Consulting, LLC (PACE) is a certified MBE/DBE woman-owned small business. We provide behavioral health clinical services and organizational consulting services to individuals and organizations. Our services include but are not limited to clinical counseling, employee assistance counseling, organizational development consulting, staff augmentation services, workshops, training, and supervision. We are solution-oriented, professional, and are dedicated to our work with clients. We have a dynamic team of professionals who are incredible to work with!

We are looking for part-time and full-time therapists in our Private Practice. Most of our clients seek virtual therapy, though we also offer in-person options. While we are particularly interested in therapists specializing in families and couples, there are also opportunities to work with children, adolescents, groups, and individuals.

The duties of the position include:

1. Provide couples and/or family counseling
2. Provide individual counseling as needed
3. Conduct assessments
4. Complete clinical documentation
5. Facilitate workshops for clients (optional)
6. Correspond with clients on a regular basis

Counselors/Social Workers shall have:

1. Clinical counseling experience
2. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
3. Experience conducting assessments
4. Experience facilitating workshops - desired

Counselors/Social Workers shall possess:

1. A current State of Maryland Clinical Counseling/Social Work license. (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C) (Required)
2. Applicants paneled with Maryland Medicaid and CareFirst highly desired.

Desired Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience providing counseling services.

Job Type:

1. Part-time/Full-time Independent Contractor (1099)
2. Part-time/Full-time W2 employee

Pay Frequency:

Semi-monthly or Monthly
