Lake Centre for Rehab in Leesburg, FL, part of Confluent Health, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. Full-time or PRN opportunity with mentorship, professional development, and AI-assisted documentation to enhance efficiency.

The role focuses on evidence-based, patient-centered treatment, strong patient relationships, and collaboration with supervising PT to reach functional goals. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care

• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About

Compensation:$26 - $30 hourly + Productivity incentives.
