Job summary

Access TLC Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in patients' homes. Charting is electronic on an iPad provided by the company, and a per diem/per visit schedule with mileage reimbursement is offered.

The role requires a California PTA license, a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Must have a California Driver’s License, satisfactory driving record and a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Access TLC Home Health Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist to home health patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.

Position is per diem/per visit plus mileage reimbursement.

Our agency offers a unique program designed to support patients at home. Our team of professionals are experts in providing home health care services. We have been serving Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties for over 22 years.

Pay:

Visit Rate: $70 per visit

Hourly Rate: $35 per hour for orientation and meetings

Position Requirements:
