Accesstlcfoundation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide essential therapy services in home settings in California. This part-time, per diem role requires a current California PTA license, CPR certification, and a safe driving record. The PTA will utilize an internet-enabled iPad for electronic charting during visits, ensuring high-quality support and care for home health patients. The agency has been providing expert home health services for over 22 years in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties.

Formación

• Must have a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
• Experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Ability to work in a home health environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete charting electronically using provided iPad.
• Ensure patient care is delivered with professionalism and empathy.

Access TLC Home Health Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist to home health patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.

Position is per diem/per visit. Visit rate is $70 per visit plus mileage reimbursement.

Our agency offers a unique program designed to support patients at home. Our team of professionals are experts in providing home health care services. We have been serving Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties for over 22 years.

Position Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Must have a California Driver’s License, satisfactory driving record and a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements.
• Current CPR Certification
