Job summary

Access TLC Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in patients' homes. Charting is electronic on an iPad provided by the company, and a per diem/per visit schedule with mileage reimbursement is offered.

The role requires a California PTA license, a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Must have a California Driver’s License, satisfactory driving record and a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist to home health patients in their home setting.
• All charting is done electronically, using an internet-enabled iPad.
• Maintain per diem/per visit schedule with mileage reimbursement as applicable.
