Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support in-facility therapy across our rehabilitation and wellness programs. You will implement established PT plans, deliver treatments, and help patients regain strength and independence in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain function.
• Collaborate with the care team to support the patient’s goals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and adjust approaches to individual needs.
• Coordinate with peers and refer patients when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
