Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a senior living setting. You will implement treatment plans, perform exercises and modalities, and monitor patient responses to ensure quality care.

The role requires an Associate Degree, current PTA licensure, and CPR certification (preferred). Travel up to 10% may be required as part of the position, with opportunities for growth and a strong patient-centered team

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current PTA licensure or certification must be maintained.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient progress and therapy responses.
• Provides patient and family instruction on exercises, safety, and home progress.
• Supports Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
