Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapy services in a senior living setting. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, and use modalities to aid patient recovery.

You will observe and document patient responses, communicate progress to the supervising PT, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; PTA licensure or certification must be current and valid.
• 0-1 years experience in PTA role or similar setting.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Observes patient responses to therapy and documents progress for supervising PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient progress and shares findings with supervising PT.
