Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy in patients’ homes, following established plans of care and physician orders.

The role requires travel up to 50% within the service area, a valid PTA license, and a dependable vehicle. Competitive benefits and professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program required.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of work.
• 6+ months PTA experience preferred.
• Able and willing to travel 50% within branch/office coverage area.
• Must have a dependable vehicle and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and policies to ensure quality of care.
• Performs direct physical therapy services per standards and physician orders.
• Follows Plan of Care and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Adheres to State Practice Act Guidelines.
• Translates Plan of Care into therapy goals with patient/family.
