Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in Lafayette, IN. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safety.

The PTA will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing progress in an interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy and document progress for the supervising PT.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercise techniques and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients’ responses to therapy.
