Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support in-facility rehabilitation programs and patient recovery plans. You will implement PTAs under supervision, deliver therapeutic treatments, and focus on restoring patients' physical abilities with compassionate care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director of Rehab and clinical team, providing patient-first services across diverse settings, and offering growth through continued mentorship and education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to other specialists as needed.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
