Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Treatment and education: Monitor patient progress and educate patients and families on protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately document treatments, progress, and responses per policy.
• Collaboration: Work with therapists, medical staff, and support teams to ensure coordinated care.
