Qualifications

• AA or higher in PTA program.
• Current State PTA License.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement components of patient interventions under PT direction and adjust for safety and comfort.
• Provide quality physical therapy services as per the treatment plan.
• Document treatment progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate patient progress and follow-up needs to the care team.
• Educate patients on treatment goals and safety risks.
• Participate in reassessments and discharge planning.
