Therapeutic Associates Sunriver Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a supportive, clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
• Current State Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement components of patient interventions under the supervision of a PT and modify as directed.
• Provide quality PT services according to the treatment plan.
• Document treatment accurately and timely.
• Communicate patient progress and follow up with the team as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment and safety, and counsel on goals and risks.
• Participate in reassessments and discharge planning.
• Other related duties as assigned.
