Job summary

ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Florence, SC is seeking a licensed PTA to join a board-certified orthopedic team in outpatient care. Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities to develop a specialty on a collaborative team.

Deliver and progress interventions per the PT's plan of care, educate patients on home programs, document accurately in EMR, and mentor student PTAs while engaging with the community at events.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in South Carolina or compact state, or upcoming graduate.
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day.

At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Florence, you'll work alongside board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists at a practice that hosts an accredited orthopedic residency through MUSC.

Our Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm


• Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm


• Full-time hours you can count on: no slow weeks, no cut schedules

What You'll Do

Performance Expectations

Once onboarded, you'll work toward:

• Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90 or above


• 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12-13 patients in a 9-hour day)
