ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Florence, SC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned private practice with five clinics across the state. We value evidence-based care, team collaboration, and leadership opportunities for growth within the clinic.

You will deliver patient-centered plans, mentor junior clinicians, and contribute to community presence in the Florence area as part of a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or eligibility.

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Florence. Whether you are a new graduate eager to develop a specialty or an experienced clinician ready to mentor others and lead, there is a defined path for you here.

• Accredited Orthopedic Residency: We are the host partner for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) accredited orthopedic residency, offered here in Florence. It prepares clinicians for OCS board certification with one-on-one weekly mentorship, didactic coursework, and weekend intensives hosted by MUSC.
• In-House Mentorship Program: A structured 42-week program offered to every clinician, with dedicated learning time during the day, case review, and skills practice organized by body region.
