ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Lake City, SC is seeking a PTA for a full-time outpatient role within a collaborative team of board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists. You will deliver and progress interventions per the PT’s plan of care and build strong patient relationships to promote attendance and engagement.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and mentor student PTAs while contributing to a community-focused practice.

Competenze

• Licensed PTA in South Carolina or a compact state (or upcoming graduate).
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day.

At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Lake City, you’ll work alongside board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists at a practice that hosts an accredited orthopedic residency through MUSC.

Our Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Full-time hours you can count on: no slow weeks, no cut schedules

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and progress interventions per the PT’s plan of care
• Build strong patient relationships that promote attendance and engagement
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation within PTA scope
• Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the supervising PT
• Mentor student PTAs and attend 2 community events per year

Requirements

• Licensed PTA in South Carolina or a compact state (or upcoming graduate)

Performance Expectations

Once onboarded, you’ll work toward:

• Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90 or above
• 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12-13 patients in a 9-hour day)
• Accurate, timely, and defensible documentation
