Aviator Home Health in Texas Fort Worth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide coordinated physical therapy to patients of all ages under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Full-time position with competitive compensation tied to effort and location.

You will perform delegated services, document timely, apply infection control, accept assignments within competence, and participate in continuing education and in-service programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Texas State License to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication to teach patients and families.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.
• Applies infection control and standard precautions in patient care.
• Accepts clinical assignments consistent with education and competence.
• Meets continuing education requirements and participates in in-service programs.
