Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and Long-Term Care team in Michigan. This full-time role offers supportive mentorship, a collaborative work environment, and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, help identify suitable patients, maintain regulatory documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New grads welcome; mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
