Job summary

Renewal Rehab, a part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under a PT, assist in selecting patients for therapy, and collaborate with the team to achieve quality outcomes. We offer mentorship, competitive pay, and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current PTA license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; new grads welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate PT evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain required documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date physician orders and regulatory compliance.
