Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in SNF and long-term care settings in Illinois. Join a growing team and deliver high-quality PT services supported by mentorship and ongoing clinical education.

You'll work under a licensed PT, participate in evaluations, coordinate care with the PT, maintain compliant documentation, and contribute to improving patient outcomes while enjoying competitive benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
