Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full‑time team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Buffalo Grove, IL. Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver PT services and help identify patients for therapy.

• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
