Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting on a part-time basis. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy and contribute to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the relevant state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; new grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
