Job summary

Team Rehab in Illinois is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient clinics. You will provide high-quality patient care under a licensed PT, educate patients on injuries and wellness, supervise Techs during modalities, and ensure accurate daily notes and discharges.

We offer professional growth through mentorship, $1,500 per year for CEU or loan repayment, 40 hours of paid CEU time, 50+ in-house CEU courses, and a competitive salary with monthly bonuses plus a low-cost medical plan.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
