Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Communicate with physicians and other health team members regarding patient progress.
