Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide PT-related services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care and supporting accurate treatment execution across facilities.

You will implement treatment plans, supervise Rehab Technicians where applicable, and ensure adherence to state and company standards while maintaining professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Contribute to development and sustainability of a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Follow billing practices and treatment delivery models to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
