Continuum Therapy Partners in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our facility team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, educate patients on home exercise programs, and help with device use. This is a full-time daytime role at Ventura Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Candidates should have an associate degree and an active PTA license; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
