Enhance Rehabilitation in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will ensure high-quality treatment, help implement therapy programs, and maintain clear communication with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab and facility staff while operating standard therapy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment and achieves functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs with PT guidance.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
