Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

In this role, you’ll help implement treatment programs, perform PTA duties, document patient responses, and communicate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With the assistance of a physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehabilitation, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
