Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to document clearly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Physical Therapist.
• Assist in initial evaluations and screening as appropriate.
• Implement treatment per the established plan of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Provide patient-centered interactions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians during group and individual sessions.
• Participate in care conferences and program development.
• Maintain professional conduct and adherence to regulations.
