You will work within a collaborative care model, delivering high-quality patient care, documenting progress, and supporting patients' journeys to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current State Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
