Job summary

Rose View Rehab and Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our health professional team and deliver excellent care in our facility.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, assisting with daily activities, and supporting rehabilitation efforts in a long-term-care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA License.
• Experience in Long-term-care settings preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required, including booster.

• Assist in monitoring Residents as they carry out the task given to them.
• Assist in rehabilitating Residents who have been disabled as a result of injury, illness, or other problems.
• Assist in maintaining Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Assist in maintaining a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to the team effort.
