Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at our senior campus locations in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered PTA services across multiple levels of care.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, navigate complex patient presentations, and practice at the top of your license while supporting residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
