Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist in Oshkosh to join a collaborative therapy team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple care levels and navigate complex patient presentations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Willingness to supervise a physical therapist assistant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.
