Remedy Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in West Los Angeles County. You will deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes, focusing on rehabilitation, fall prevention, and functional mobility.

The role offers flexible schedules (per diem, part-time, or full-time) and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven team. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license.
• Current CPR certification (AHA).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong interest in home health, rehab, and senior care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services following the Plan of Care.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehab programs.
• Support senior care patients in improving strength, balance, and independence.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Your Role as a Home Health PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in home health, you will deliver skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on rehabilitation, fall prevention, and functional mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services following the established Plan of Care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
