Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The position is split between our Bloomfield, MI and Walled Lake, MI locations, with a schedule Monday–Friday and shifts between 7am–7pm.

Compensation ranges from $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $200 per month in debt-relief assistance. Must have outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Must have outpatient experience.
• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs (CAPTE).
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality PT services with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and expand client relations.
