Select Medical in Lansing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a split position at two Lansing locations. You will support patient care under a PT supervision, delivering quality orthopedic rehab across ages and abilities, with weekday hours splitting between 3370 E Jolly Rd and 5400 S Pennsylvania Ave.

Qualificações

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as required by state law.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients and caregivers with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and support client relations.

Overview

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant - Split Position

Location: 3370 E Jolly Rd, Lansing, MI 48910 and 5400 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48911 (2 miles apart)

Schedule: Weekday hours vary - split between two locations

Compensation: $25hr-$35hr based on experience

Incentives: $200 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
