Job summary

WeCare Centers in Cedarhurst, NY is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents’ mobility and comfort. The PTA will work under a physical therapist to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active state license. Outpatient experience is preferred and we offer comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Record patient reactions to treatment and provide status reports at the end of each session.
• Use assistive devices and equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
